When to seek medical or emergency help

If you have a medical concern, medication question, serious symptom, mental health crisis, or emergency, contact a qualified health professional or emergency service.

In Ontario, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for emergencies.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, using resources in a way that is appropriate for your circumstances, and checking with qualified health professionals before making medical, medication, supplement, diet, pregnancy, or treatment decisions.

Do not use the website or portal to send urgent medical or crisis messages.
